Plain terms for plain products.

Who you are buying from. Wonderamble is a trading name of Lumavera OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia, register code 17438605, Lõõtsa tn 5, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. Not VAT registered. The studio is run by Jere and Jenna. Printable PDF packs on this site are sold through Payhip, our checkout and payment partner, which processes the payment with Stripe or PayPal and applies VAT where it is due. Paperback books are sold by Amazon under Amazon's own terms; these terms do not cover them.

What you get. A printable pack is a digital download: PDF files in US Letter and A4, delivered by email immediately after payment, plus access to the same files through the Payhip download link. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout; VAT is added at checkout where your country requires it. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; there is no subscription and no recurring charge.

What you may do with it. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to print the pages as many times as you like for your own household, classroom or care setting, and to colour, cut, frame, share photos of and give away the coloured results. You may not sell, redistribute, upload, or repackage the files or the printed pages, use them in products or services you sell, or train machine-learning models on them. The artwork and text remain our copyright.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal. Because the download is delivered at once, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies once the file has been sent. That said: if a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what the product page described, write to [email protected] within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you. We would rather refund than argue.

Lost downloads. Keep the email. If you lose it, write to us with the email address you used and we will send the link again.

Reader gift. The free reader pack is provided as is, for personal use under the same licence as paid packs. We may change or stop it at any time; anything you already downloaded stays yours to print.

The website. You may color the pages shown on this site in your browser for fun; the preview images remain our copyright and may not be downloaded for other uses. We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Law and disputes. Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform. Before any of that, please just email us; a person reads it and answers.
